Hi! I'm Ashley, and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I have been in the behavioral health field for 10+ years providing mental health and substance use services to adults and children. I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of Toledo. I currently provide individual therapy to adults (18 and up) via telehealth sessions only.
Life after trauma can feel overwhelming. You don't have to keep living in survival mode. If anxiety, trauma, intrusive thoughts, depression, panic, or PTSD are making it difficult to enjoy life, know that healing is possible. I specialize in helping adults process painful experiences, reduce distress, and develop lasting healthier coping strategies using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can move beyond simply surviving and begin thriving.
I provide convenient online therapy allowing adults to access high-quality mental health care from the comfort and privacy of home. I accept most major insurance plans and am committed to providing compassionate, individualized care in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.

Sessions

The first session will be a Diagnostic Assessment where information is collected and initial recommendations are made.

First session and future therapy sessions will last approximately 50 minutes.
